Experience
JD Mechanical Installation LLC. was started in 2006 with a project to relocate three large converting machines to two different locations. This took several phases to complete and the whole project was completed two weeks ahead of schedule. Since then we have completed several machine installs and relocation.
Prior to starting JD Mechanical Installation LLC. we spent the past 29 years in the roles of Machinist, Millwright, Assembly Technician, Field Service, Foreman, and Management.
Equipment Proficiencies
JD Mechanical has experience with all types of machining equipment including:
- Milling machines
- Lathes
- CNC equipment
- Surface Grinding
- Drill press
In addition, we
have the following experience:
- Licensed Forklift Operator, knowledgeable in Rigging, skidding, Loading and Unloading of trucks.
- Trained in Optical Alignment Equipment, Leveling and Setting Machinery.
- The ability to manage others, and Schedule work.
- Knowledge ability in Prototype, and Research and Development.
