OPTICAL ALIGNMENT
 The Theodolite Kern DHM2-A allow us to optically align your equipment within a thousandth of an inch, producing less scrap, improve quality and run more efficiently at high speed overall benefiting your bottom line.
MACHINE INSTALLATION
New or Used Machines
From manufactured blue prints JD Mechanical will place equipment in the designated location, level, align, provide alignment chart and work with plumbers, electricians and programmers to complete the installation. We perform a visual inspection of the equipment during installation and notify you of any identified potential equipment problems.
Relocation of Machines
On site photographs will be taken, noting the layout, elevation of machines, label and identify all parts to be removed or disassembled for relocation. Skid, load and unload trucks. From the layouts the equipment will be installed, leveled, aligned and complete the installation with final adjustments and testing.
ASSEMBLY / TESTING
JD Mechanical will work with your engineered designs, manufactured parts and specifications to build or add to an existing piece of equipment. Depending upon the size of the equipment this may be performed on or off site.
MACHINE REBUILDING
JD Mechanical offers a service that comes to you; we can in most cases rebuild your machine in your plant.
PROTOTYPE
JD Mechanical has proven machine building experience, able to work with your engineers and design team. We will completely build, test and install any prototype parts or machine including any retro fitting of parts from one machine to another.
SUPERVISION SERVICE
JD Mechanical Installation can provide you with a supervision service to help you with any larger on-going projects. When it comes to project work it is hard for your engineers to commit 100% of their time to a project when you are in the midst of everyday production. So with our Supervison Service we can commit all of our time to work with your engineers and their subcontractors to see that your project meets all of your specifications and schedules.
